Welcome to KiwiArt. By using our service you are agreeing to the following terms. This is done to ensure the site's best performance and the user's best interests.

We reserve the right to modify, edit, add or remove any content at any time including the terms of service with or without reason. You may be exposed to indecent, inaccurate, misleading or objectionable content. We are not to be held liable for such occurrences. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute other user's contents without appropriate permission.

2. Third Party Content, Sites, and Services

We refuse all third party content, sites, and services by independent or unauthorized sources that are not approved by KiwiArt.

3. Modification, Forgery, or Infringement

We at KiwiArt hold strong views against inappropriate or unjust classified content. KiwiArt reserves the right to define "inappropriate". To alert us about any such occurrences, please e-mail us at support@kiwiart.com, with "Infringement" as the e-mail subject title and describe the situation. We will address the situation accordingly.

4. Conduct

Any conduct that KiwiArt deems inappropriate, offensive or harmful may be subject to penalty as KiwiArt sees fit.

5. Bots, Posting Agents, Spam, Viruses, Server Overflow, Bypassing security

Kiwiart does not allow the distribution or use of spam, bots, and posting agents. Any virus or harmful equivalent to the KiwiArt infrastructure or user base is strictly forbidden. Furthermore, it is forbidden to impose an unreasonable load on our server, hence impairing the well-functioning of KiwiArt. Bypassing any security measures is forbidden.

6. Privacy and Information

Users acknowledge that KiwiArt reserves the right to preserve or disclose private content or information for legal purposes, good faith, and fair trade.

7. Liability, Termination of Account and Service

KiwiArt and all its employees, third-party contributors, officers, agents, service providers and others related to KiwiArt will not be held responsible for any content, user postings, behavior and use of service on KiwiArt.com. We are not liable for loss of money, reputation, inconveniences and damages rooted from kiwiart.com. We hold the right to terminate our service or user accounts at any time, as we see fit.
